The hotel is located in a central area with nearby restaurants and markets. the staff was attentive and offered luggage storage. the rooms were clean and comfortable with hot showers and good wifi.

The soundproofing between rooms was poor and noise from neighboring guests could be heard throughout the night.

Convenient location near main plazas, restaurants, touring agencies, and local market. Easy access to transportation. Safe and secure area with lots of security. Helpful staff and comfortable rooms with good WiFi.

Xmas stay in Puno was effortless and comfortable thanks to the helpful hosts. The rooms were cozy with hot showers, making it the best experience. the luggage storage and good wifi were convenient.

The worst aspect was the noise from other guests playing music super loud at 5am. The staff also had the TV on or music in the reception, leading to noise disruptions for guests staying on the 1st floor.

The location of the hotel was a major convenience as it was situated near many restaurants, pharmacies, and local shops. It also had a good supply of fruits and cereal for breakfast, which was clean and kept well, stocked. the staff was very attentive to my needs and provided good advice. they allowed me to leave my luggage before and after check, in and check, out, which was very helpful.

The noise level was a major drawback. the guests in the next room played loud music at 5 AM, which was annoying.
